Default Arsenal stuffed in Europe Yet Again!!

Oh dear! :

3 - 1 to Bayern Munich

I'm banking on Chelsea to do the business in the Nou Camp this evening.

Yep they sure were outclassed. At least Liverpool had a superb result last night in the Champions League.

I think the second legs are going to prove very difficult for all English Sides left in the Champions League. I cannot see Man Utd come back from a goal down in the San Siro against Milan. Liverpool conceded that lat goal to Bayern Leverkesen at Anfield which put them back in the tie. Arsenal have an uphill struggle to win by two clear goals against Bayern Munich and Chelsea are bound to concede at least one goal at Stamford Bridge to Barcelona.

To summise, I'm not having a bet

I still will be rooting for the English Teams this week mind. I thnk Arsenal actually have a great chance as do Chelsea at home to Barcelona.

The second legs were great, especially the Chelsea Barcelona game. Arsenal once again proved they are unable to cut the mustard in Europe. The surprise was Liverpool. The most inconsistent team in England put on a great display in Germany.

What a line up of teams for the quarterfinals.

Inter Milan
AC Milan
Lyon
Juventus
Chelsea
Liverpool

Among them. Bring on the draw!
