Default Rushmore Group

A couple of weeks ago I took the decision to remove the Rushmore Group of Online Casinos from Online Casino Reviewer.

This is due to slow payments of cashouts to players and at times serious communication or lack of communication issues with the casinos operated by the Rushmore Group.

This is a shame as the casinos of Slots Oasis, Cherry Red and Rushmore Casino had up until recently a very good reputation amongst the player community. Indeed they were seen as one of a handful of reliable online casinos operating on Real Time Gaming ( RTG ) Software.

I am hoping that in the coming months, that the management of Rushmore will put considerable effort into ensuring their player base are looked after adequately, ensuring payments amongst other things are made in a timely fashion.

I will therefore be reviewing their status here on OCR in the new year and should they make the necessary changes required to be featured on Online Casino Reviewer - I will then relist them.

In the meantime, should anyone experience a slow pay or lack of communication issue with any of Slots Oasis, Cherry Red and Rushmore Online Casino - Please let me know in this thread or by way of email/private message.

Bryan has relisted them on Casinomeister. Which is normally good enough for me. However I think it makes sense to hold fire for a few more weeks until the new year, before I decide to relist them.

There is nothing more annoying than having to pull casinos, then put them back then pull them again.

From what I can tell, the complaints about slow pay have reduced considerably though. So that is a good sign and a move in the right direction.

Since I am new here, just curious what a slow payment is. Did they take weeks to pay out, just not sure what the norm is since I have only played online slots a few times and unfortunately have not been privaleged enough to cashout anything ever.

For most people, slow is more than 2 days once you have submitted any ID the casino require and approved your account.
The Rushmore group used to pay in 2-3 days, but a few months back this started slipping to a few weeks in some cases. As Webzcas said, things do seem to have improved a lot in recent weeks and it's beginning to look like their problems are behind them.
You mentioned Sloto'Cash in another thread - they pay in a few hours once approved!
Some other casinos pay instantly!

However, payout times do vary depending on which country you are in & what your withdrawal method is.
Where are you and what do you use to fund your casino accounts?

Update on this.

I am pleased to announce that the Rushmore Group are now back on OCR. They have proved over the last few months that all and any problems they had with slow payments have now been resolved

Thats great! I had a cashout with this group not to long ago it took about 4 days to get my winnings, not bad considering it was my first time win with them.

I was very surprised they had any issues in the first place. Whilst I don't promote them you only ever really hear good things from Rushmore and it's a very popular place to play. Still, looks as though everything has been sorted out and that can only be good news for the players and the casino.
