Yes, Warren is trying to keep it going. Although I personally feel the damage has already been done.

| 65 operators have signalled their intent to leave CAP where their 'Certification' expires - by forming the 'Gambling Affiliate Programs' Group. The jury is still out as far as I am concerned regarding the new group.

You know the old expression, "Give them enough rope"? I've never seen it put to action so literally. These guys were caught running an affiliate program and not disclosing it to the online gambling community. They were only 'caught' because they did not pay all the affiliates. They could have paid them and the noise would most likely have died down quite a bit, particularly if the payments were accompanied by sincere appologies and a little crow pie. However, they chose not to pay all the owed commissions and they lied about every fact uncovered every step of the way. This behaviour had more to do with the downfall of CAP than the Cardspike issue. The whole thing evolved like a bad comedy, where the 'heroes' keep sabotaging themselves at every opportunity. However, while there is always a happy ending in the movies, I don't see a happy ending here. |

| I have to agree, Its been a roller coast of a ride for the CAP team, and its seems to have all come to a shuddering bang in a relatively short period of time. Personally I think the GPWA, APCW, PAL and of course 911 have kept all the webmasters that dealt with Lou and Warren in the public eye, which has exacerbated the interest in following this soap opera, and ensuring that ethics were upheld within the industry. I don't feel sorry for either Lou or Warren, you reap what you sow, but it is a shame that they seem to have self destructed to a point that they harm there livings.
