I just HAD to spread the news!!! I put in 42.00, and won 2000.00. I figured it would be a slow, and dubious process to cash in. It was not at all!!!! Toby, in the Live Help was VERY helpful in getting my withdrawal going!!!! We chatted as we went through all the info I needed to provide, and he even remembered it today, after not being on in 10 days. I have dealt with several casino's, and I have to say that All Jackpots was the easiest, quickest, and most courteous casino I have dealt with. I'm with ya. There are two groups I've never had a problem with:
Jackpot Factory paid me without a gripe when I crushed it using a bonus... all other times deposits and wd went off without a hitch as well.
They've had their problems with processors for US players, but they've never stiffed anyone that I know of. And from what I understand their international support is top-notch as well, as in - can actually speak the languages they offer play in
