I was cheated by cirruscasino !!!:

At first it was given to me a deposit bonus by using bonus code
Then i get another different bonus code "2nd chance" it calls so i used it. After that i made deposit by neteller.
I won about 5800$ then i lost about 1800$, so i decided to withdraw left money.(4k$)

After about 2 weeks of waiting for this transfer my account on casion has been blocked, and on neteller they sent me only value of my first deposit !

They explained this using c&t 15.16:
" Please note that all promotions are only available ONCE per person, family, household, address, email address, credit card number and shared computers, i.e. university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace.

A customer may only have one account in their name. Use or creation of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received and winnings derived from such bonuses."


I didnt have multi acounts, I've got only one acount in this casino.
From 1 day support ignore all my emails!

I'm very sorry that you came to the forums AFTER getting trapped by one of the most notorious rogue casinos on the planet
These guys have been ripping-off players for years despite all the warnings given about them on the boards - unfortunately there seems to be no way to stop these unregulated places carrying on with their unethical practises.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you will find anyone who can help you here - my advice is just keep on at them politely putting your side of the story and maybe one day you will see your money.

In the future please stick to only reputable casinos; I list over 100 on my sites (link below) who will give you professional service and will not rip you off (as long as you stick to their T&C's and are a genuine player, not a fraudster).

will use the excuse of even complaining publicly to void winnings. As you did not breach the t&c per your information here (no two free chips in a row.. but possibly more bonus than deposit over lifetime of account?) if you are patient and courteous, and relentlessly pursue your problem with the casino rather than publicly, you stand a better chance. It sucks, but it is Virtual Reality.

There are still no guarantees you will be paid, and were I you I would consider it a gamble, choose a point of diminishing returns - halfway to (whatever your leisure time is worth or how much you earn per hour divided by loss) and keep track of the time you spend trying to get paid... if it starts costing more than the gamble is worth take the other half of that time equation and spend it doing as much damage as you can to them by informing as many players as you can, and encouraging others to research before depositing!

I have seen them pay amounts like this, but only when they determine it will be good for them in the long run, i.e. good exposure from a payed player, and the hopes that you will deposit it back and then some.
