Yes, it's frustrating for me too. I did ask Webz about adding one about 6-months ago but nothing happened. (Since he became a dad in March/April he appears to have forgotten about all his websites). If I could add one myself I would, but my privileges do not extend that far.

I was banned by "Winneronline", who is one Steven, I assume the new main admin. I had PMs to the effect that if I "referenced" Bailey again I would be out. Fair play to the man, he's got muscle with WOL and he uses it. I suppose if I were he I would, too. Apparently, "referencing" included linking. I didn't know that, I assumed it meant "naming". That much is neither here nor there, as I would never have agreed to be bound by rules that are printed nowhere and can be arbitrarily applied to just one member. I would have agreed to be bound by the rules that apply to everyone, ie. not bad-mouthing him (admittedly, in his case with some difficulty). But not "no referencing", that is plain ridiculous and out of order.

FWIW, GM was not involved in this, although he knows what's what.

The reason I appear "logged in" (handle is green and I appear as viewing threads) is that by a quirk of the WOL vbulletin setup you stay "logged in" even when barred, until such a time as you physically log out.

I don't hate anyone either (no double negative here ) even Caruso who I think "is one of the most annoying, narrow minded, bigoted people with a huge chip on their should that I ever met online".

I believe in freedom of speech and expressing of opinions now matter how different they may be. After all, if everyone agreed with everyone else on the forums it would be dead boring wouldn't it!

You won’t get banned here for expressing opinions, linking, arguing or whatever, as long as it's kept civil, and is not spamming, shilling, flaming, etc. (you know - all the unnecessary anti-social stuff).

The reason it's "permanent" is because I've said it is, insofar as anything is "permanent". That's the situation at the time of going to press.

Anyway, it's irrelevant, as it is totally unacceptable to invent rules to apply to individuals that do not apply to others. Either you make a rule that states "Thou shalt not ever mention Bryan Bailey because we're all so shit scared of him in the WOL back office" or you allow people to so mention. They are out of order. They also have quite inexplicable priorities.

Just a point to be made, but it is pretty ironic that you were bashing Betfair (rightfully so), then we find out that Wol is owned by none other that Cyrpotologic don't you think?

If I had a conspiring mind, I would think that Bailey complained to crypto, who contacted the admin at Wol, after all who else would bring up such issues such as Jet(I don't know when to give credit when credit is due)set, Betfair is rogue(but the are accredited) so trust us on this, Hippojo(lets accredit them quickly because we know them) but you, who has pissed Bailey off many times before?
