Hello everyone. I am NEW to the forum although NOT really new to on-line gaming. I just want to WARN any players thinking of playing at Mandarin Palace casino, I strongly urge you to re-consider. I foolishly deposited, as we all do on occasion and out of curiosity, $100 and turned it into $1007, exactly and I haven't been paid and it's going on 3-weeks. Apparently, they are a SCAM site and do NOT pay !! Furthermore, they are totally unknown/unlicensed, to say the least. They do NOT disclose the owners/operators or their whereabouts. I WONDER WHY? They ONLY allow invited players, like myself, which I regret in hindsight, to play at their casino. They use the worst proprietary software, I have EVER seen!! They also, that is if you miraculously win, like I did, make excuses NOT to PAY!! I have repeatedly tried to contact the elusive and anonymous manager "Tommy Lee" who is clearly a fictitious person. I only get to Freddy Hills and the Rude Sally Banks and Ben Moore.. They NEVER pass you onto this so-called "Tommy Lee" which was the "red flag" right there.. among other unscrupulous things they do. I asked them how they got my name to send me this UNSOLICITED software/CD by mail, ALL of the incompetent staff keeps telling me from a "LIST" but they don't disclose the details, of course. They are a predatory NEW casino with NO credentials whatsoever and I am sorry I was enticed by the UNWANTED package that arrived at my home and tried them out. They Stink and I implore any of you that also got this software you didn't request, to STEER CLEAR from Mandarin Palace at ALL COST! Last edited by KasinoKing; 05-05-2009 at 10:57 AM. Welcome to the forum! I totally understand why you are angry, but if you ever want to see your money you need to tone down your posts a bit. I don't have any problem with people letting off steam, but if the casino sees this they might not take it in the same light. I have heard mixed things about this new casino - some good, some bad, but nothing evil until I read your post. As long as you have not broken any of their T&C's there is a very good chance of getting the money they owe you. If you stop slagging them off in public it's likely to be quicker and easier. I'm not defending the casino in any way, but with problems like this there are right & wrong ways to go about getting fair play - and keeping calm is the first step. I know it's difficult, but please contact them once more by e-mail and ask politely what the problem is with your withdrawal & a date when you will be paid. If you're still having problems, come back here & I will try to help. KK

KK is right. Casual rant offs in online casino forum about this cases were mostly being disregarded by casino operators either because it's maybe one of their competitors unfair strategy or players actually lost their money during their plays but can't accept the fact. If you really been scammed this new online casino, then you must look for other victim players too to support your stance. Just an advice.

I agree with you both to a degree, KasinoKing and raphnix and I admit I am angry and frustrated and you're right I'd probably get further with honey than vinegar. At the same time, you both shouldn't imply/infer that these casinos popping up out of nowhere, as is the case with mandarin palace, who ONLY accepts people by "invitation" or whom they mailed CD's out to, are undoubtedly legit! Don't you find this sort of odd?? Oh, and I assure you both that I am neither a disgruntled loser OR a schill for this casino or any other. That would be further from the truth in my case. I realize that there are two sides to every story or complaint but all I am trying to do is pass on the facts as a select few who were "so-called" privileged and oddly enough invited to play at this new unknown casino with very few disclosures & facts about the legitimacy of them. I can ONLY pass on what "I" experienced first hand as one of these invited guest. So, please don't shoot the messenger. You can heed what I am passing on or take it with a grain of salt. I merely thought I was helping by passing on this information. I have nothing to gain nor am I or have I asked for ANY assistance to get my $1007 they still refuse to pay.

Hello all. I'm new to this or any other online gaming forum though I do play often. My name is Billy and I'm from Massachusetts. I'm writing to relay my experience at the Mandarin Palace site. I too received a CD in the mail with a no deposit code for $65. I had a problem using the disk they sent me so I just googled it and downloaded it from its web site. I then proceeded to use the "$65 no deposit code" that had been sent to me with the CD package. I waited about an hour, logged back in but the $65 was not yet there. I went to their online support sevice, explained how I had received the promotion, and spoke with a Freddy Hill. He was polite and professional and credited my account within 10 minutes. By the end of this post you will see that my experience was a very positive one. Before I explain what transpired once I started to play it is important that you understand the following. I was suspicious. I play ONLY microgaming sites. My experiences early on with other gaming systems were most often not positive ones and I was only cashing out at microgaming sites. So for 5 years all playing that involved depositing were ALWAYS microgaming. I'm not saying that RTG or other systems are not reputable. I'm sure most are! So when I started playing at Mandarin Palace it was like using play money. A $65 no deposit with a 40x playthru isn't exactly easy to make. A $500 maximum cashout on a no deposit is unheard to the best of my knowledge. So as I'm playing I'm throwing caution to the wind because to my way of thinking there is no way I'm ever going to make the playthru and even if I do I'll never get paid. To make a long story a bit shorter before I bore everone , I played only single center line classic slots. When I got to $515 I had made the 40x playthru. I was probably closer to doing a 50x playthru. I could have tried to cashout at $350 because I had already made the playthru but since I never thought it was legit to begin with I went for the $500 max. I also knew there was a $15 charge to be paid out by check. Right now I'm sure someone is thinking, $15 charge, $500 maximum withdrawal, he's at exactly $515? Hmmmmm If I were reading this I would be thinking exactly the same thing! But it is all true. Too good to be true? I thought so too! I made a withdrawal for $515. There was a 48 hour reversal period if I wanted to continue playing. Why would I? My withdrawal was processed on the third day. Today, less than one week later I received and deposited a check for $484.30. I don't know why the amount was $484.30 but I'm not about to argue the point I'd venture a guess that because it was a $500 max cashout and I tried the $515, they only allowed the $500 and minused the check charge off of that amount. Doesn't really matter to me.As mentioned in the beginning, I've never been a member of any forum. I joined this one because when I was researching Mandarin Palace I came upon the site and a few people had shared their opinion on the subject. It was just one more reason why I was suspicious. What I read was mostly negative but since no one mentioned picking up any kind of virus from the site I gave it a shot. It paid of well for me. I am in no way endorsing Mandarin Palace! I still don't know what group they belong to. As of now their only means of deposit is a credit card. I NEVER give a credit card to ANY casino. I use a prepaid Visa Debit card. If and when they can accomadate pre-paid debit cards I would make a few small deposits to try them out. I think I owe them that much. I am NOT a bonus abuser! Also their support has still not been able to tell me the name of the operating system they use. It's not as good as microgaming. They have a limited amount of games. But the site seems to be a hybrid of RTG AND Micro. It's not a bad system. though what it is I would really be curious to find out. Once again, I am only relaying my own experience. I am not endorsing anything other than if you can play for free and cash out, why not give it a try. Any replies to this message would be appreciated. On this site or my e-mail address is fine. Hope to get to know some of you. Thanks for taking the time to read............. Billy Last edited by KasinoKing; 05-13-2009 at 11:21 AM. Reason: One solid block of text split up a bit! |

| Honestly, I only read firstly the quoted one above. I guess you should try format your replies into some paragraphs so readers won't get annoyed with that full block sentences.

This casino has been on my 'to look at' list for quite a while, but after reading your post I've moved it to the top! BTW, I noted your reluctance to use credit & debit cards and just wanted to say that here in the UK I've used mine loads of times without any issues at all. I would say it's perfectly safe with reputable casinos, but people should NOT use this method for anywhere which could be dodgy. KK

I want to thank you for your constructive criticism regarding the formatting of my post. As I mentioned I've never posted before. I will keep it short and simple in the future. Don't want to hurt anyone's eyes .... Stormyone
