I saw a reference to them on another site, so I just downloaded the casino from their site and contacted support for the free $50 chip. The games are not that much different than others, a bit on the tight side, IMO. No really big reason to play there especially.

I “won” $2600 “USD” ! from the Mandarin Casino – you know that Cd you got in the mail. Please read this situation

I want to be clear, I understand marketing I understand what is ethical. I have the skill to step back from a situation and analyze it.



I receive CD from them in mail - Where did they get my information and there is no return address? I’m very skeptical but this happens all the time no big deal. I decide at one point to read it. I notice they solicit “lowest play through”. So I decide hey whatever the money is not mine lets just try.

So I do.

The facts -

$50 non cashable deposit bonus
Black jack - 5% towards “low play through"
To cash out $50 “play though” it says in there system $2000, but the actual amount to bet is $10000 if you play Blackjack. (They solicit low play through but this is not the case for blackjack, again not really a big deal as they are other games with higher play through)

SO I play and I win I win 3200 – lose 600 and decide that is enough for me –

CASHOUT $2600 USD – Im a student im broke and I thought OMG I won, understand I don’t do this type of thing it was “luck” – so I thought

I am under the impression now that I have $2600 USD – after we had discussed the terms and conditions I read the “promotions” and “play through” section)

However they send you an email- after you giving them your credit information, ID and all your important information! The email then includes this disclaimer:

At this point there is another section not under the first two sections but at the bottom of the terms and condition.

It is MISTITLED as “MAXIMUM WITHDRAWAL (so you don’t look there)

Now is when it gets even worse -

So now they wanting my bank account info – THEY CLAIM they cant send me a cheque in Canadian funds
Even though their system gave me the option.

Next I tell them to send me via western union (I don’t trust them at this point, would you?)- NO REPLY FROM THEM

I ask them why is there reasoning that they can’t send a cheque in my currency when they only send out VIA USD funds. – NO REPLY FROM THEM

They ignore my questions and concerns and just keep asking for more information -
Finally back to what about the rest of the money - i asked them to clarify how i get the rest – NO REPLY TWICE

The last email I got was asking me for more information

I believe this to be they way they think of it –however I cannot confirm I have approached them many times about this –NO REPLY

That means I have 21, $100 bonuses (which means nothing anyways because they hand them out for free)

and then i have to deposit $2100 (21 x 100) and play another 20X (which is unfair because I already did. So we are now are adding 20X+20X= 40X

SO now I have to deposit 2100 + 2100 over 21 deposits and

I have to wager $84000 and win to get my $2100USD they owe me in remainder!!!!!

This is an example of misleading advertising, bad customer service and questionable activity.

They report low numbers but are very misleading.

I have since contacted both credit bureaus and cancelled my credit card. My credit bureaus are on alert if they try something.

Its a lot to be said, and I hope there are people who can help me, and I hope there are people that I helped avoid a situation like this. I want my 2600USD!! Im a student and I could have done without knowing this, you think you have been saved and then you find out you have been scammed.

Now hold on just a moment - there is absolutely no "scamming" here.
I'm not sure why you felt you had to write such a long post, but I can tell you this, there is only 1 important sentence;
"Where the player has made no deposit, a maximum withdrawal amount of $500 applies. "
This is clearly stated in the T&C's (screenshot below).
If you chose not to read the terms, or you read it but decided to ignore it, is that the casino's fault, or yours?

Actually I'm amazed they are offering such a generous bonus; I only know of one other casino on the whole internet who will give you a totally free, no deposit bonus & let you cash out more... most have much lower limits.

The 100% bonus on the balance stuff is just nonsense - I agree with you on that.

The currency thing is at the casino's discretion. The bonus was in $US, so it's fair enough for them to pay in that currency. When I first start playing online I paid a small fortune in transaction charge for depositing $US cheques into my £UK bank account. It's just one of those things - accept it or don't play.

I realise the extra money would have meant a great deal to you, but seriously you should feel extremely fortunate to have even won $500 without risking your own cash, and you should be happy, not angry.

I won the dream wheel Jackpot for 28k and although I did have a slight issue with some of the payment I did get all my Money in the end...The biggest win in my life
