CasinoExtreme's slogan is ""No terms and conditions, no faxback forms, no hassles!" All three statements are outright lies. I've been waiting for a minimal "test" withdrawal ($200) for days now, and as they REQUIRED, sent in the faxback form. They've come up with multiple reasons not to pay, even accused me of fraud! According to other forums and player's experiences, they've had hassle's with withdrawals, too. (Everyone seems to be required to send in this faxback form.) I'm not going to hold my breath on receiving my money from this site, and am just thankful I learned early on their lack of integrity before I invested too much money with them. BEWARE of this site!!!
