Now hold on just a moment - there is absolutely no "scamming" here.
I'm not sure why you felt you had to write such a long post, but I can tell you this, there is only 1 important sentence;
"
Where the player has made no deposit, a maximum withdrawal amount of $500 applies. "
This is clearly stated in the T&C's (screenshot below).
If you chose not to read the terms, or you read it but decided to ignore it, is that the casino's fault, or yours?
Actually I'm amazed they are offering such a generous bonus; I only know of one other casino on the whole internet who will give you a totally free, no deposit bonus & let you cash out more... most have much lower limits.
The 100% bonus on the balance stuff is just nonsense - I agree with you on that.
The currency thing is at the casino's discretion. The bonus was in $US, so it's fair enough for them to pay in that currency. When I first start playing online I paid a small fortune in transaction charge for depositing $US cheques into my ŁUK bank account. It's just one of those things - accept it or don't play.
I realise the extra money would have meant a great deal to you, but seriously you should feel extremely fortunate to have even won $500 without risking your own cash, and you should be happy, not angry.
